I think this is the worst four points hotel that I have ever stay!  this is very poor services with this hotel.  They provided an Uber voucher instead of shuttle service.  But the Uber voucher is already claimed. I cannot use the voucher to call any Uber at all.  When I talk to the front desk about the Uber voucher, he said there is nothing he can do only option is I call my own Uber at own cost and it can’t be reimbursed. If they cannot provide anything they should say that in the first place, not no value voucher to me . After I took the Uber at my own cost and arrived at the hotel. They gave a used room and unclean room!! I don’t know what to say ! this is totally ridiculous services with the brand of Marriott and Four Points If this is the standard of Marriott brand and four points hotel.  I suggest you guys to take an other brand of hotels and don’t book this hotel ever!

酒店距離機場很近，但是隔音效果還是很好的，基本沒有聽到飛機起降的聲音，酒店有車庫，停車要另外收費，約20，總體上性價比高。

在舊金山轉機住一個晚上，總體感覺一般吧，大堂有免費的冷飲和熱飲，停車好像是付費的。大件行李如果需要行李車，從外面推進酒店後，需要自己操縱一個簡易電梯提升一米，挺好玩兒的

聖誕節前，從洛杉磯轉機舊金山回北京，結果當天早上舊金山大霧，導致沒有趕上接續的航班。衹能滯留在舊金山等次日同一時間的航班，在訂房網站上找到這家喜來登旗下的FOUR POINT 酒店，打車大約4公里，幾分鐘就到酒店了。，折算下來也就100刀多一點，房間比較大，很乾凈，窗外景色也不錯。除了一樓有個酒吧，沒有中晚餐。在舊金山附近如果是轉機，是一個不錯地選擇。

Staffs are friendly and helpful. When I asked 9f there was any airport shuttle, they said no, but they can provide you a uber voucher for your check in/out day to/from hotel and airport. That's very nice!

舊金山福朋喜來登機場店，優點：離機場很近，自駕7，8分鐘左右就可以到達。酒店衞生狀況也可以，前台服務也挺好。缺點:酒店上下樓層之間隔音不好，酒店自己沒有早餐。停車費20元一晚。

just a stay for layover in san fran. the room is noisy as it is next to the road, can hear it even when at night. however the area is safe and clean. just for transiting stay.

My wallet had been stolen inside the the room. Loss my Credit card, passport, cash… We had reported to hotel reception and the police station.
